Missing Recycling Bin in Vista

Oops.  You deleted your Recycle Bin by accident, in Vista RTM.

What do you do, you ask?

  1. Right click on the desktop then click Personalize
  2. On the left side of the screen/pane, click Change Desktop Icons
  3. Check the box next to Recycle Bin.
