HDD Failure (Revisited)

So I rip the IBM Ultrastar out.

Shove an old 10.2 GB IDE drive in.

"CDBOOT: COULDN'T FIND NTLDR"

?!?!

There is nothing wrong with this CD!  Stupid CDROM drive going nuts?
