Too little, too late.  Actions speak louder than words... just make the product.  Implement the changes.  Telling people about vapourware is so frustrating and completely useless.

Microsoft is buying out everything in sight - and doing NOTHING with the purchased products.  Google's team is cranking out products WAY faster, WAY better, WAY more useful.  Company does something... Microsoft looks at it.. and either 1) Buys them out, or 2) Comes out with the same product, but crappier, 5 mos later.

C'mon guys... do something new.  Don't reinvent the wheel... don't compete unless you have a fighting chance.  You're damaging your reputation by releasing stuff people have already done - better.
